WEST WINDSOR DEVELOPMENT REVIEW BOARD
NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

 

 

A public hearing will be held before the West Windsor Development Review Board (DRB) on Tuesday, July 9, 2024, at 6:30 PM at the Town Hall and via Zoom to consider the following:

 

Application #2895 by Thomas & Sarah Crapser for a variance to construct a deck within the required front setback at 390 Harrington Road (parcel #02-147). The application is subject to review under Sections 3.9 A(3) and 9.8 of the West Windsor Zoning Bylaws.

 

The public hearing will be preceded by a site visit to the subject parcel on July 9th at approximately 6:00 PM

 

The above application is available for inspection at the Town Office. Persons wishing to be heard may do so in person or be represented by an agent or attorney. Communications about the application may be filed in writing prior to or at the hearing. Participation in this proceeding is a prerequisite to the right to take any subsequent appeal.
