The application will be reviewed under Sections 5.1 and 5.2 of the West Windsor Zoning Bylaws.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
 
 
A Public hearing will be held before the WesWindsor Development Review Board on Tuesday, October 22, 2024, at 6:30 Pat the Town Halto consider the following:
 
Application #2875-1 by Peter Varkonyi (applicant) and Strawhill Properties, LLC (owner) to amend permit #2875.  The applicant is requesting that the site plan be amended and the sewer service easement removed to account for a change in the generator placement and associated tanks at 871 Route 44 (parcel 03-163). The application will be reviewed under Sections 5.1 and 5.2 of the West Windsor Zoning Bylaws.
 
 The public hearing will be preceded by a site visit to the subject parcel on October 22 at  approximately 6:00 PM
 
The above applications are available for inspection at the Town Office. Persons wishing to be heard may do so in person or berepresented by an agentor attorney. Communications about the applications may be filed in writing before or at the hearing.  Participation in the proceedings is a prerequisite to the right to take any subsequent appeal.
