East Central Vermont Telecommunications District (commonly referred to as "ECFiber") is a Communication District owned by the 31 towns that are members of the district, including West Windsor. As a municipal entity, ECFiber is obligated to warn meetings and post agendas and meeting minutes, which may be found on the ECFiber municipal website.
