East Central Vermont Telecommunications District (commonly referred to as "ECFiber") is a Communication District owned by the 24 towns that are members of the district, including West Windsor. As a municipal entity, EC Fiber is obligated to warn meetings, post agendas, and post meeting minutes. This is currently done on the district's website, www.ecfiber.net under "About Us."
