Community Forum #2
The Planning Commission would like to thank everyone who attended the second Affordable Homes Study Community Forum on Saturday, September 27th. At the Forum, we reviewed our community’s need for affordable homes for people of moderate means, discussed the process we followed for selecting good locations in town, and presented potential building styles and layouts for four top priority sites. We then reviewed potential next steps to help move these opportunities forward, including the possibility of a local Housing Commission and a Housing Fund.
