Grant: Better Connections

The goal of the Better Connections project, Brownsville: Between the Bridges & Beyond, is to create an inviting, user-friendly village center with a vibrant local economy that serves both residents and visitors. The project aims to connect village destinations to each other by improving streetscapes for both safety and aesthetics, analyze current and future parking needs, and address the feasibility of reclassifying Route 44 to a Class 1 highway. All of this will be done with the feedback and involvement of the West Windsor community through opportunities during the project to voice their opinions, raise concerns, and suggest solutions.
