The Utility Advisory Committee makes policy and planning recommendations to the Selectboard regarding the sewer and water systems. The user groups represented on the committee are Windsor Building, Village Condo Association, Mountainside Condo Association, Property Owners Association, Holiday Inn Club Vacations, Brownsville Village, and Mountain's Edge Condo Association. Windsor Town Manager Tom Marsh also serves on the committee.
